Eastside Elementary PTO is a very active organization, which includes parents and teachers.  The PTO raises funds for equipment and activities that are not funded by the school system.

There are 2 fundraisers per year.  All funds go directly back into the school.  Some of the past projects and activities funded by PTO are:

Science Fair Trophies/Reception
Playground Equipment
FCAT Carnival
Honor Roll Parties
Breakfast with the Principal
Teacher Appreciation
Treasure Chest
"Wall of Fame" Original Artwork
Attendance Parties
Sound System - Cafeteria
Field Days Snacks
Walk-a-Thon
Painting on Office Wall, PE Shed, & Cafeteria

Whether you volunteer or support the fundraisers, your help is greatly appreciated.  The PTO Board wants all parents and teachers to be involved.  Your suggestions are so important.  Check the monthly school newsletter for PTO updates on upcoming events.

BOX TOPS

PTO sponsors the collection of General Mills Box Tops, found on Betty Crocker, Pillsbury and many more products in your kitchen cabinets.  We receive 10 cents for each BOX TOP collected.  Ask family and friends to save their BOX TOPS and send them in to Eastside PTO.  Our goal for 2011-2012 is $ 1,000.00!
