Hello and Welcome to Eastside Elementary!  I am Ms. Weiss, the school's Guidance Counselor.  My role as your child's Guidance Counselor is to support and enhance student learning.  I serve as an advocate for all Eastside students by promoting social, emotional, and academic development.  I assist the faculty by helping students develop a positive self-concept. self-discipline, and responsibility.  Last, but not least,  I also act as a resource person with community agencies aimed at helping all children learn and develop to their highest potential.   Parents and students are encouraged to call upon my services at any time.
