Lice Information Check your child's head every week. Do not share hats or brushes with anyone at school. If your child is sent home with lice, he/she must be seen by the nurse before returning to class.  School Board Policy states that if your child is sent home, the parent must bring the child to the clinic to be cleared before they can ride the bus or return to class.  Your child must be nit free! Clinic Needs The clinic is in need of jackets, socks, and underwear.  The socks and underwear must be new. Preteen Vaccines Recommended Preteen Vaccines include: MCV4 -Meningococal Conjugate Vaccine (protects against Meningitis) TDAP Booster (protects against Tetanus, Diphtheria, & Pertussis) Annual Flu Shot Recommended for Girls Only HPV Vaccine (protects against Cervical Cancer) For More Information Visit the  CDC Website
